It’s back! Thanks for being so patient waiting out the release of the 2016 Dolan & Dunn Barossa Valley Shiraz Grenache. It’s available now!
In this latest release, plush, fleshy Shiraz gives richness and depth, with Grenache adding luscious fruit and vibrancy. Flavours of loganberry, mulberry, blackberry and hints of blueberry, are rounded out with gentle fennel-seed spice and a touch of chinotto complexity.

Its supple texture, structural line, and fine, long tannins make it great with plump, mid-weight, meaty dishes with bags of flavour. Perfect with sticky glazed pork ribs straight from the barbecue, juicy lamb cutlets, or crispy-skinned duck. Yum!
